Orbis Oy customer database (CRM)
The purpose of the register is to enable customer and business relationships with Orbis Oy. The information can also be used for developing business and processes, and for statistical purposes.
The information can also be processed by Orbis' partners for marketing activities or technical management tasks (such as server or webshop maintenance).
The register stores following data:• The name of the company and its contact information• Name of the contact person• Phone number of the contact person• Email address of the contact person• All other data related to the customer relationship or other business related information
Operations made by Orbis Oy, public internet sources and the database of Asiakastieto Oy.
Information is not passed to third parties. Person can view and check his/her information on the register.
Passing on of information outside EU is made according to EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
The technical environment is protected with passwords and other necessary technical measures.
A person has a right to demand his/her data to be corrected, deleted or supplemented. A correction is not deleting. In case the person has eligible relationship or sales order history with Orbis Oy, there is no oblication to delete information.
A person can request that his/her contact information is not used for marketing purposes. Then information of this marketing ban is saved on Orbis' register.
