Orbis gives a twelve (12) months warranty to all products sold. The warranty time is calculated from the delivery date. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and material. Orbis decides whether it repairs or replaces the defective product free of charge.
Customer needs to make a written claim concerning defects within thirty (30) days after the defect or fault became known or occurred.
